1. What are the delivery charges?
For most of the products, the shipping charges are FREE. The shipping charges may apply on Furniture or heavy products. Wherever there is a shipping charge, it will be visible in front of the respective product before you check out. Once you check out, there are no changes in the total cost.
2. Why does the delivery date not match up to the delivery timeline of ABC business days?
It is possible that our courier partners have a holiday between the day you’re placed your order and the date of delivery, which is based on the timelines shown on the product page. In this case, we add a day to the estimated date. Some courier partners do not work on Sundays and this is factored in to the delivery dates.
3. What is the estimated delivery time?
We generally procure and ship the items within the time specified on the product page. Business days exclude public holidays and Sundays.

4. Why is the CoD option not presented in my location?
Availability of CoD depends on the ability of our courier associate servicing your place to accept cash as payment at the time of delivery.
Our courier partners have limits on the cash amount payable on delivery depending on the destination and your order value might have exceeded this limit. Please enter your pin code on the product page to check if CoD is available in your location.
5. I need to return an item, how do I arrange for a pick-up?
Returns are easy. Contact Us to initiate a return. You will receive a call explaining the process, once you have initiated a return.
Wherever possible our courier associate will facilitate the pick-up of the item. In case, the pick-up cannot be arranged through our courier associate, you can return the item through a third-party courier service.

7. Does SPHINX deliver internationally?
Yes, we deliver internationally. If you want to place an order that is to be delivered out of India, we request you to contact us before placing your order. The international shipment facility is available of select products and quantities.
In such cases, the international delivery shipment charges are to be borne by customer. To place international order, you need to contact us or you may drop an email at email@example.com You should furnish all required details in email e.g. Name, contact number, email id, complete shipping address, product name and quantity. The billing in this case will be done separately and a payment link will be generated for such type of purchase.
