How I would know about my order’s shipping status?

Once an order is placed, you will receive order updates via email. Post the order gets dispatched, you will be receiving SMS as well as email updates on your registered mobile number and registered email id respectively. Apart from this, you can also track the order status by putting the tracking id on respective courier partner’s site.

How do I know when my order will be out for delivery?

With the help of Order status updates, you will know on which date exactly, your order will be out for delivery.

Can I request the delivery person to drop the parcel on my neighbour’s place or to the security guard of our office premises?

Yes it is possible. All you need to do is to contact the delivery person for co-ordination so that he would know to whom the parcel needs to be delivered. You can also drop an email at least 24 hours earlier so that we can co-ordinate with our courier partners.

I realise that I have mentioned wrong pin code in my address. How can I update the same?

Correct address is required to get successful delivery. Any changes or correction in shipping address/delivery address should be reported within 24 hours of placing order so that our concerned team can do the necessary correction in address labels.

I am not available today to receive my parcel. Can I request to schedule the delivery for next day?

Yes, next day delivery is possible. You need to update the delivery agent to schedule the delivery for next day.
